Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an MST Technician with a B-license to join our maintenance service team at Mahindra City, Chengalpattu. The role focuses on resolving daily maintenance issues, checking electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment, and monitoring critical utility systems.

With 2–3 years of relevant experience, you will perform preventive maintenance, attend breakdowns, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate records, while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience.
B-license holder (MST Technician) required.

Attend and resolve daily maintenance complaints.
Check and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
Monitor DG, pumps, motors, and utility systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Attend breakdowns and take immediate corrective action.

07. Support fire and safety equipment inspections.
08. Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance work.
09. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports.
10. Follow all safety procedures, work permits, and PPE requirements.
11. Support emergency maintenance activities whenever required.
12. Report major equipment issues to the Facility Manager/Site Lead, etc.
