Tekskills Inc. in India is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You will source candidates for contract-to-hire and permanent roles and collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical IT Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience in Both C2h and Permanent Hiring.
• Hands‑on experience with various Job Portal like Naukri Found It Shine etc.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
