ASB Enterprises invites applications for an urgent Senior Quality Engineer in the stamping department at our Chakan-Pune location. The role focuses on quality documentation, process control, and supplier quality management.

Candidates should hold DME or BE and have 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing. You will drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and cross-functional coordination with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality documentation.
• Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination with customers, vendors and teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and update quality documentation per industry standards and QMS.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks across production, process, design, inspection and dispatch.
• Conduct root cause analysis of customer quality issues and coordinate CAPA actions.
• Analyze inspection data, processes and tool designs to identify causes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams as required.
• Ensure vendors comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for drawing changes and process approvals as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across Man, Machine, Material, Method and Design aspects.
• Visit customer locations as required.

Urgent Required NPI - Sr. Quality Engineer in stamping department in MNC for Chakan Pune location.

Qualification: DME / BE

Required Experience: 5 Yrs. to 7 Yrs.

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and update quality documentation for Company and its vendors as per industry quality standards, Quality Management System (QMS), and customer-specific requirements.
2. Identify and mitigate quality-related risks across production, process, design, inspection, and dispatch activities.
3. Conduct root cause analysis of customer quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with concerned teams.
4. Analyze inspection data, manufacturing processes, and tool designs to identify probable causes and implement appropriate solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
6. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and Company cross-functional teams as required.
7. Ensure vendors comply with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
8. Coordinate with customers for approval of part drawing changes, manufacturing procedures, and design changes, wherever required.
9. Drive continuous improvement across Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Design aspects of projects.
10. Visit customer locations as and when required by the organization.
