Job summary

HR Innovation Group in Pimpri MIDC (Pune area) seeks a Sr. Manager Quality with 10+ years in manufacturing to lead the Quality department, supervise QC engineers, and ensure conformity with QMS standards.

Role involves coordinating with sales and production, maintaining ISO 9001, and guiding certification processes (CE/PED, ATEX, PESO, IECEx). On-site leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in instrumentation industry preferred.
• Knowledge of material and testing standards.
• Ability to lead a team of 6–7 engineers.
• Internal Auditors course from a reputed agency.
• Experience with QMS activities at different levels.
• Knowledge of ZED, LEAN, 6 Sigma preferred.
• Liaison with inspection agencies/testing laboratories.
