Job summary

HR Innovation Group in Pimpri MIDC, Pune-Maharashtra, seeks a Sr. Manager Quality with a strong background in industrial automation. You will oversee the quality department, ensuring inward, in-process and final QC are executed to meet ISO 9001, ZED and LEAN standards.

The role requires coordinating with sales, production and external inspection bodies for certifications. The ideal candidate holds a BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in the instrumentation/manufacturing sector

Qualifications

• Oversee activities of Quality Dept incl inward, in-process and final QC.
• Lead and develop a team of QC engineers.
• Ensure compliance with QMS requirements incl ISO 9001, ZED, LEAN.
• Coordinate with inspection agencies for product certifications.

Job Summary: To oversee all activities of Quality Dept including inward, in process and final

inspection, QMS activities, co ordination between sales and production, Inspection agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ZED, LEAN, 6 Sigma shall be an added advantage
• Shall have working contacts with various inspection agencies and testing laboratories
