Crown Solutions is hiring for an international voice customer support role with immediate joiner for a 6-month contract. The position requires handling AR calls, claim analysis, and denial documentation, with 24x7 availability and office-based work from Kolkata/Noida.

Candidates must have 1+ year(s) of experience in international voice processes and be ready to work a US shift. Documentation like pay slips, bank statements and PF are required.

Competenze

• Experience in handling customer issues, escalation calls, case management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong comprehension abilities.
• Good working knowledge of computers including MS Office, web-based tools, email, and data entry.
• Ability to analyze information accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
• Open to working from the office.

Mansioni

• Calling insurance companies in the US to analyze claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
