Job summary

Control Print (CPL) in Mumbai invites CA-qualified professionals to join our finance team. The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, treasury, and project support to ensure profitability and compliance.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators, support month-end and year-end closures, and deliver accurate analyses using SAP FI/ CO, MS Excel, and accounting software. Fresh CAs with strong academics are welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong academic profile.
• Experience in manufacturing finance or CA firm is preferred.
• CA freshers with high academics may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and statutory compliance.
• Support month-end/year-end closures, reconciliations and adjustments.
• Collaborate on budgeting and variance analysis for CFO.
• Support internal controls and audits with accurate documentation.
• Monitor treasury, cash flow and banking relations.
• Provide financial input for projects ensuring profitability.

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis Including MIS:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closure process, including reconciliations and adjustments.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with teams to develop and monitor budgets.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to the CFO.

3. Internal Controls and Audits:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls.
• Assist in external and internal audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Treasury Management:

• Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for routine and project-related transactions.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

6. Project Support:

• Provide financial inputs for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Requirement

• 03 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry & CA firm are preferred
  OR
• CA Freshers may also be considered with maximum 34 attempts and a strong academic profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred).
• Proficiency in financial modelling, MS Excel, and accounting software.
