About the Role

• Support financial reporting, MIS preparation, month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor internal financial controls and support internal and external audit processes.
• Manage treasury‑related activities, including cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide financial analysis and support for ongoing and upcoming business projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.

About You

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry and/or CA firms preferred.
• CA Freshers may also be considered with a strong academic record and up to 2 attempts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
