Risebird is urgently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Noida-based team. You will review interview reports for clarity and accuracy, and perform quality audits on recordings to ensure alignment with our scoring guidelines.

You will identify gaps, provide actionable feedback, maintain QC documentation, and collaborate with Interview Operations, Talent Panel, and Product teams to raise content quality and reliability across the interview lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years of QA, operations, audit, or review experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical judgment.
• Ability to review reports and audio/video transcripts objectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi a plus.

• Perform quality audits on interview recordings to ensure adherence to Risebird's evaluation and scoring guidelines.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in interviewer submissions and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure interview outcomes meet defined standards for content, tone, structure, and decision quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of QC findings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Interview Operations, Talent Panel, and Product teams to enhance quality frameworks.
• Escalate critical quality issues related to interviewer performance or content accuracy.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality benchmarks across the interview lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, HR Operations, Audit, or Process Review roles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment skills.
• Ability to review structured reports and audio/video recordings objectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Hindi is a plus).
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools/platforms.
• Ability to provide constructive and professional feedback.
