What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional / Finance Implementation Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Finance ERP implementation projects, not just ERP support. The ideal candidate should have worked on 10-15 large-scale end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of accounting and financial business processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands‑on experience in Finance ERP implementation
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
  • P2P (Procure to Pay)
  • GL (General Ledger)
  • AP (Accounts Payable)
  • AR (Accounts Receivable)
  • Asset Accounting
• Experience in:
  • Business requirement gathering
  • Gap analysis
  • Functional specification documentation
  • ERP configuration and integration
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • User training and post-go-live support
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent English communication skills and a professional personality

Preferred Background

IT/System Integration companies will be highly preferred.
