Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Translate finance processes into structured workflows and system‑ready formats
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to support finance‑related features
• Assist in defining business rules for financial operations, compliance, and reporting
• Ensure accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and documentation
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and financial controls

Core Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance roles
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including bookkeeping, financial statements, reconciliation, cash flow management
• Hands‑on experience working with finance modules or tools (even outside ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance

ERP experience is NOT mandatory. Candidates with strong functional finance knowledge will be preferred over tool‑specific experience.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Experience in SaaS or product‑based companies
• Knowledge of GST, taxation, or regulatory compliance (India or global)
• Experience working with automation tools or finance software
