• Prepare Functional Design Documents and other functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Perform GAP analysis and identify standard solutions and best practices.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reports and data conversions.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate with business users and project stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Participate in process improvements and provide testing support.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS Financial modules. The role requires strong functional expertise, good understanding of business processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and provide functional support for Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Understand business requirements, conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents and other functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Perform GAP analysis and identify appropriate Oracle standard solutions and best practices.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces and data conversions.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders throughout the implementation and support lifecycle.
• Participate in process improvements and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Provide functional guidance and support during testing, deployment and production stabilization.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.
• Good understanding of Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets.
• Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and/or production support.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation and GAP analysis.
• Good exposure to integrations, interfaces, reports and data conversions.
• Experience working with SIT, UAT and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
