Job summary

Qualitykiosk in Pune seeks a Senior Test Engineer with 3-6 years of software testing experience. You will perform telecom domain testing across OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and order management, including API testing and test automation. You will design test assets, lead SIT/QA activities, and support UAT with cross-functional teams.

You will work with tools like JIRA, ALM/Octane, Selenium/Playwright, and JMeter, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders in an Agile/Waterfall environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of software testing experience.
• Experience in telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management).
• Exposure to digital platforms in telecom (self-care apps, portals, mobile apps).
• Experience in test planning, strategy and daily status reporting.
• Knowledge of API testing, SIT, UAT, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Follow phase-wise test lifecycle for design and maintenance of test assets.
• Perform SIT with data prep, test cases and execution (functional & regression).
• Work with APIs, middleware and integration tools (JIRA, Octane).
• Validate end-to-end telecom journeys (activation, recharge, billing, service requests).
• Support business users for UAT sign-offs.
• Identify defects in telecom workflows and coordinate resolution.
• Provide daily status updates to TL/Manager and raise risks.
