Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a technically proficient and solution-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in business process automation, workflow designing, ERP software development, web development, AI integration, and digital transformation.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying manual and repetitive business processes, designing automated workflows, developing internal business applications, integrating AI-powered solutions, and connecting third-party software to improve organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Workspace, Vercel, and Docker, along with experience in API integration and AI/LLM-based automation.

The role requires someone who can independently understand business requirements, design solutions, develop and deploy systems, and automate end-to-end business processes across departments.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Analysis & Workflow Designing

• Understand business requirements from Management and departments such as HR, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Projects, and Operations.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve productivity, and reduce operational delays.
• Design end-to-end digital workflows, approval systems, automated notifications, task allocation, and document management processes.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, process maps, system architecture, and technical solutions.
• Develop and implement scalable business systems aligned with organizational requirements.

B. Business Process Automation & AI Integration

• Identify repetitive, time-consuming, and manual activities across departments and automate them using programming, workflow tools, and AI-based solutions.
• Integrate AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into internal business applications and workflows.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, data extraction, report generation, information summarization, classification, and business communication.
• Integrate AI APIs into existing systems to automate routine tasks and improve the speed and accuracy of business operations.
• Build intelligent workflows that combine business rules, AI-generated outputs, human approvals, and automated actions.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and Google Apps Script.
• Evaluate AI tools and automation technologies to identify opportunities for improving organizational efficiency.
• Implement appropriate validation, access controls, error handling, and human review for critical AI-generated outputs.

C. Google Workspace, Google Sheets & Apps Script

• Develop advanced business solutions using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Google Workspace applications.
• Automate Google Sheets operations, data consolidation, report generation, notifications, and approval workflows.
• Build automated processes connecting Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other Google Workspace applications.
• Develop custom Apps Script functions, triggers, menus, and integrations to reduce manual data entry and repetitive administrative work.
• Create automated dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and management reporting systems using Google Sheets.
• Integrate Google Workspace with external applications, APIs, AI tools, and internal business systems.
• Manage data synchronization, access permissions, and automated document generation across relevant Workspace applications.

D. ERP Software & Internal Application Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP systems and internal business applications.
• Build modules for HR, recruitment, employee records, finance, procurement, project tracking, approvals, and management reporting, as required.
• Develop backend services and business logic using Python and Node.js.
• Build responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement role-based access, authentication, workflow controls, database connectivity, and application security.
• Develop scalable applications that can be enhanced as business requirements evolve.

E. Web Development & Deployment

• Develop and maintain internal portals, web applications, management dashboards, and business tools.
• Work on frontend and backend development, application logic, APIs, and database connectivity.
• Deploy applications using Vercel and containerized environments using Docker.
• Manage application testing, debugging, version control, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and usability.

F. Database Management & Third-Party Integrations

• Design and manage database structures, SQL queries, data relationships, and data processing workflows.
• Work with SQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases.
• Integrate third-party software and services through REST APIs, webhooks, and other supported integration methods.
• Connect ERP systems, Google Workspace, AI services, reporting tools, and external applications.
• Develop automated data synchronization and system-to-system communication.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot errors, and maintain data integrity and security.

G. Data Visualization, MIS & Management Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards and automated MIS reports for Management and departmental stakeholders.
• Consolidate information from Google Sheets, databases, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
• Automate data collection, analysis, report generation, and distribution.
• Develop visual reports to monitor operational performance, productivity, pending tasks, and business KPIs.
• Use AI-assisted analysis where appropriate to generate summaries, identify patterns, and support business decisions.

H. Testing, Documentation & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), debugging, and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and SOPs.
• Train employees on new systems, automated workflows, and internal applications.
• Provide ongoing system support and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
