Job summary

ViralChilly in Jaipur is seeking a proactive candidate to identify freelance opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and manage client communications. The role focuses on lead generation, project estimation collaboration, and building relationships with prospects.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, proposal writing skills, and familiarity with marketing tools. Freshers with enthusiasm are welcome. Office-based role with five-day weeks and team outings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing.
• Good research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

About the Job:

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office(full time)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms.
• 2. Analyze project requirements and submit tailored proposals.
• 3. Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings.
• 4. Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.
• 5. Coordinate with internal teams for project estimations and requirements.
• 6. Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.

• 1. Our office is at Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020.
• 2. We're right next to Suvira Hospital, in a modern building that also houses an ICICI Bank branch for quick runs when needed.
