Job summary

FEAST Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Unity Developers to build interactive VR/AR simulations for EnggOnline.

You will collaborate with our Content and Animation teams to create realistic simulations and integrate them with IoT devices and hardware. You will design and develop simulations using Unity3D, integrate IoT devices, and work with hardware platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi while ensuring seamless communication and performance.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for Unity Developers to build interactive VR/AR simulations for EnggOnline. You will work closely with our Content and Animation team to create realistic, engaging simulations and integrate them with IoT devices and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop simulations: Create realistic and engaging simulations using Unity3D, including environment setup, physics and interactivity.
• Integrate IoT devices and hardware: Develop and implement integration of IoT devices and hardware platforms like Arduino or Raspberry Pi into simulations, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.

Skills & Capabilities

• 2+ years of experience working with Unity3D developing interactive VR/AR.
• Excellent programming and analytical skills.
• Excellent in Object Oriented Programming concepts and related design patterns.
• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Experience in optimizing memory and space usage.
• Strong experience with Unity (Shaders, Lighting, Optimization).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of software development environments and associated tools (e.g. Visual Studio).
• Backend and API integration.
• Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git.
• Experience building VR/AR apps for the Oculus Rift S / Quest 2.
• IoT integration: Experience integrating IoT devices into applications, including communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP or WebSockets.
• Hardware prototyping: Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms, including hardware programming and interfacing.

Bonus Skills

• AI and LLM knowledge.
• Experience building VR/AR apps for the Rift / Vive / Gear VR / HoloLens.
• Mobile development experience building and shipping iOS or Android apps made with Unity.
• Game design experience, including designing levels/environments, user interactions and enjoyable game mechanics.
• Knowledge of server-side scripting.
• Understanding of the 3D asset-making pipeline.
