Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive experiences using Unity and C#
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to create engaging 3D applications
• Implement gameplay mechanics, UI/UX features, animations, and physics-based interactions
• Optimize applications for performance across devices and platforms
• Integrate APIs, SDKs, and backend services where required
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in real-time development

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Unity 3D development
• Proficient in C# and object-oriented programming
• Experience with AR/VR/MR, mobile, or PC deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with Unity UI, animation systems, and asset management
• Understanding of performance optimization, debugging tools, and memory management
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with shaders (HLSL/Shader Graph) or VFX
• Knowledge of multiplayer/networking (Photon, Mirror, Netcode)
• Experience with Unreal, WebGL, or other engines a plus
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
