Job summary

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company in Kolhapur (Maharashtra) invites applications for Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency. The role requires 100% on-field engagement to drive health policy sales through the Agency channel and to build a capable team of agents.

The candidate should have graduation, at least 6 months of on-field sales experience in insurance, and a willingness to work 5 days a week with field travel and incentives included under the fixed CTC package.

Qualifications

• On-field sales experience in Agency or insurance products preferred.
• Graduation is mandatory for the role.
• Candidate must be willing to work 100% on-field for selling health policies.

Responsibilities

• Sales of Health Insurance Products through Agency Channel.
• Recruit and train leaders to develop a distribution channel of agents and generate business.
• Source agents, track their base and business regularly.
• Support leaders in meeting agents, lead providers, and intermediaries and maintain records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• 1) Sales of Health Insurance Products through Agency Channel.
• 2) Recruit and Train leaders who can develop a distribution channel of Agents and Generate business through them in the assigned territory.
• 3) Responsible for sourcing of agents and tracking their agent base and business regularly.
• 4) To support these leaders in meeting agents, lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1) At least 6 months of on field sales experience in Agency/any Insurance product.
• 2) Graduation is mandatory, candidates holding Diploma or Part Time degree certificates will not fit in criteria.
• 3) Need to work on 100% on-field for sale of health policies.
