Job summary

ICICI Lombard in India seeks a self-driven sales professional to own the hotel portfolio pipeline, drive policy issuance, activation and revenue at luxury properties across South Rajasthan. You will build and maintain senior relationships with GM, Director of Sales, and Wedding Sales Heads at major hotels, coordinate with hotel sales teams and wedding planners to onboard events.

Qualifications

• B2B sales / key account management experience.
• Existing network OR strong portable hotel industry network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior hotel stakeholders independently.
• Comfortable as a single-resource operator in a destination market.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the hotel portfolio pipeline, master policy signing, activation and revenue.
• Build and maintain GM / Director of Sales / Wedding Sales Head relationships at all major luxury hotels and the surrounding South Rajasthan region.
• Drive event-by-event policy issuance at signed properties coordinate with hotel sales teams to onboard each wedding/event as it gets booked.
• Coordinate closely with the leadership for cross-property best-practice sharing, UW alignment and claims management.
• Build relationships with wedding planners and high-net-worth client managers.
• Own weekly pipeline updates, monthly revenue reporting and quarterly business reviews.
