Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Distributor Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors / IFAs. Strengthening relationships with existing NJ Wealth network partners through virtual and physical interactions.
2. Virtual Sales & Business Development (60%): Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through calls, virtual meetings, webinars, online product presentations, and regular distributor engagement.
3. Field Sales & Engagement (40%): Conduct field visits and physical meetings with distributors to strengthen relationships, generate business, and support sales growth.
4. Product Training & Scheme Awareness: Conduct product and concept training and recommend suitable mutual fund schemes based on distributor requirements.
5. Distributor Servicing & Retention: Maintain regular engagement with mapped distributors, resolve queries, and ensure consistent business flow.
6. Compliance & MIS Reporting: Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and internal processes, and maintain MIS reports to track sales performance and distributor engagement.
