Job summary

Blackberrys is seeking a proactive production leader to drive daily output to meet targets while maximizing capacity and minimizing waste. The role requires strong leadership, cost awareness, and the ability to coordinate across production and IE teams to optimize processes and ensure quality.

You will be responsible for line setup, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to hourly production plans with a focus on profitability and continuous improvement.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target.
• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
• Set-up sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
• Strictly follow-up hourly production.
• Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
• Achieve maximum production with lowest cost keeping best quality.
• Guide IE team for increasing productivity.
• Should have good command in operational excellence.
• Accountable for the overall factory P&L, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
