• To review quotes received from Zonal offices by carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the portfolio of the client and discuss them with Marine Incharge.
• Send responses to Zonal offices in a timely manner.
• Monitoring of IC ratios -Product wise and remedial measures analysis on monthly basis.
• Do quality checks of documents being issued.
• Networking with the IT, Sales, Operations and Claims team for troubleshooting.
• Support to marketing team and liasoning with intermediaries.
• Support in product filing.
