Job summary

Sapient Services in India is seeking a candidate to handle a Non-Marine Insurance portfolio including Fire, Engineering, Property, Liability and Miscellaneous lines. The role covers Underwriting, Risk Assessment, Policy Issuance, Claim Processing and Client Servicing as per IRDA guidelines and company policy.

We value graduation in any stream and encourage freshers with an insurance background. Familiarity with MS Office and good communication are important as you will coordinate with insured

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech preferred).
• Student Member of Insurance Institute of India (III) - Pursuing Surveyor License will be preferred.
• Fresher can also apply (with Insurance background).

Responsibilities

• Review of claim documents.
• Coordinating with insured & insurer.
• Preparing draft assessment as per policy condition.
• Work with team to maintain reports/working sheets using excel formulas.
• Day to Day Report writing.
• Handling of data.
• Underwriting of Non-Marine products - Fire, Burglary, Engineering (CAR/EAR/MB/BI), Property & Liability.
