Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in India is seeking an experienced client-facing AEM consultant to lead complex implementations and migrations. You will work with UI technologies, Java EE, Sling, and CRX while coordinating with global teams to deliver scalable digital experiences.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to align client needs with technical solutions, including AEMaaCS and integration with Adobe DX tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a client-facing consultant with strong experience in AEM implementations
• Hands-on experience with UI technologies like JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Experience with Backend Java EE technologies (Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, JSTL)
• Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication and Performance management
• AEM sites/assets/forms deployment and migration
• AEM Backend Development (Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, JCR Queries)
• Core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix
• CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins
• Code Quality and Security tools like SonarQube
• Touch UI, Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models
• AEMaaCS cloud features and integration with Adobe DX solutions (Commerce, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager)

Must Have

• 8+ years of industry experience as a client-facing consultant, with strong experience in AEM implementations & understanding in areas oUI technologies like JQuery, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS. oTechnologies like Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills. oDispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication and Performance management. oApplication development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications. oAEM sites/assets/forms deployment and migration. oAEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components and JCR Queries oCore frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. oCI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins. oCode Quality and Security tools like SONAR. oTouch UI, Sightly (HTL) and Sling Models.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of technical problems.
• Experience presenting in front of various Client-side audiences.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Preference will be given for
• Past experience in AEM platform and in client-facing role.
• Knowledge on latest AEM features and on new cloud technology AEMaaCS.
• Good understanding of integration of AEM with other Adobe DX solutions Commerce, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager etc. would be plus.
• Experience presenting in front of various technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work in extended hours to overlap with North America timings.
