Job summary

Ellume Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a UI/UX Engineer/Front-End Developer with hands-on production app experience to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces and to build scalable widget libraries.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to implement responsive dashboards and data visuals across devices, ensuring a cohesive user experience. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Flutter, and modern state management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a UI/UX Engineer, Product Designer, or Front-End Developer with hands-on production app experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong foundations in Dart and Flutter with responsive UIs across screen sizes and platforms.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for cross-platform applications using Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for cross-platform applications using Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and our Golang backend team to define data structures and integrate RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve UX and application performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a UI/UX Engineer, Product Designer, or Front-End Developer with hands‑on production app experience.
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Dart and Flutter, with responsive UIs that work flawlessly across screen sizes and platforms.
• Familiarity with modern Flutter state management (BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider).
• A portfolio demonstrating both design process (wireframes, user flows) and Flutter implementation (live apps, web apps, or GitHub).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, able to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.
• Bonus: experience in Renewable Energy, Utilities, or EPC; familiarity with Golang at a high level; Flutter charting libraries; Material Design / Cupertino guidelines.
