UI/UX Engineer specializing in designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive digital interfaces with strong interaction design and front-end collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Bridges the gap between UX, UI and IxD, ensuring that every touchpoint (click, swipe, tap, hover) is purposeful, accessible, and supports the user’s goal.

Demonstrated excellence in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.

Ability to elevate product interfaces through refined UI design that aligns with brand and system guidelines while enhancing usability.

Skilled in designing responsive, scalable interfaces that maintain visual integrity across devices, breakpoints, and use cases.

Defines how users interact with a product’s interface—focusing on behaviour, motion, transitions, and feedback to make digital experiences feel intuitive and responsive.

Uses wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes to map out interaction patterns, reduce friction, and enhance usability through well-crafted micro interactions. Translate insights into intuitive UX flows and highly polished, accessible UIs using Figma.

Champion design quality, consistency, and usability across products and platforms.

Contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices documentation.

Advocate for the user while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and project timelines.

Core Competencies

5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development or UI engineering.

Expert in Figma and deep experience collaborating closely with product designers.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Comfortable working in Git-based workflows and modern development environments.

Nice to have

Experience with design system tools (e.g., Storybook, Token Studio), animation libraries, or mobile (React Native) will be added advantage.
