Job summary

MedVirtual is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile, collaborate with product managers and developers, and lead design efforts to deliver seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong visual aesthetics, solid HCI knowledge, and hands-on experience with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing. You will champion user-centered design and create scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Minimum 3 years collaborating with developers on UX projects.
• At least 2 years in a senior/lead design role with hands-on contributions.
• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals including DOM manipulation.
• Exposure to modern JS frameworks (ECMAScript, TypeScript).
• Familiarity with Webpack, NPM, Babel, and version control (Git).
• Experience with IDEs (WebStorm, Visual Studio Code).
• Understanding of scalable design systems and component-based architecture.

Responsibilities

Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces across web applications, mobile platforms, and other digital environments, while working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate combines a strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of human-computer interaction and web design best practices. You should be highly collaborative, organized, and ready to lead design efforts that delight users and meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of responsive web interfaces that align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Partner with cross-functional teams - including developers, engineers, and product managers to gather user requirements and translate them into visually engaging and functional designs
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications to effectively communicate design intent
• Conduct and participate in usability testing, collect feedback, and refine designs based on findings
• Ensure design consistency across products through a shared UI component library and scalable design systems
• Maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle by working closely with engineering teams
