L&T Finance is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to drive design strategy across PLANET App, Partner PLANET, Website, and future digital initiatives. You will lead end-to-end UI/UX design, conduct user research, and evolve the Design System for consistency across products.

You will collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and external partners to deliver intuitive experiences, review implementations for accessibility, and stay ahead of fintech UX best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 7–12 years of UI/UX design experience in BFSI/fintech or consumer digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
