Job summary

StratGo Media is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, conversion-focused websites for our clients. This role requires turning user behavior insights and business goals into seamless digital experiences across desktop and mobile.

You will own UX research, wireframes, flow maps, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma as your primary tool. Collaboration with account managers, developers, and content teams is essential in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design (web-focused)
• Proficiency in Figma is mandatory; Adobe XD or Sketch also accepted
• Understanding of responsive design and usability principles
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and business goals and translate to UX/UI.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Design high-quality desktop and mobile layouts.
• Maintain brand-aligned interfaces and design systems.
• Collaborate with account managers, developers, and content teams.
• Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability data.
• Prepare developer handoff documents with clear annotations.
• Produce wireframes and prototypes from low to high fidelity.

Scope of Work

User Experience (UX)

• Understand client requirements, business goals, and target audience
• Conduct basic research, competitor analysis, and usability insights
• Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes

User Interface (UI)

• Design high-quality website layouts (desktop & mobile responsive)
• Create visually appealing and brand-aligned interfaces
• Maintain consistency in typography, colors, and design systems
• Work closely with account managers, developers, and content teams
• Present design concepts and explain rationale to internal teams/clients
• Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly
• Wireframes and prototypes (low to high fidelity)
• Final UI designs (Figma preferred)
• Developer handoff files with clear annotations

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX design (web-focused)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, or Sketch
