Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for websites and SaaSproducts.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective designsolutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIdesigns.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams.
• Optimize user journeys to improve conversions, retention, andengagement.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance UX.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and businessgoals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and usability bestpractices.
• Experience in designing websites and SaaS products.
• Ability to think from a business perspective (conversion, funnels,retention).
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong prototyping and interaction design skills.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
