Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in Noida is seeking a senior frontend engineer to design and develop scalable React enterprise applications.

You will define API contracts, map integration strategies, and drive reusable component architectures, with ownership of end-to-end delivery. You will mentor junior developers, lead Redux state management, contribute to CI/CD improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions that perform at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of frontend development experience.
• Location: Noida.
• Strong experience with React enterprise applications.
• Experience defining API contracts and integration strategies.
• Proficient in Redux state management and component-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching.
• Demonstrates strong technical ownership in delivering complex development activities with high-quality execution.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability while delivering high-quality frontend solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Drives engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, performance optimization, and defect prevention.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production challenges.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks and delivery progress.
