Job summary

Iris Software in Gurugram is seeking a Senior UI React Engineer to own and deliver scalable frontend solutions in an on-site capacity. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise React applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of React experience, strong JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 skills, and a track record of performance-oriented UI development.

Qualifications

• Required: 6-8 years of hands-on experience building React enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in React Hooks, Redux, and TanStack Query (React Query).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with React Maps, Jest, and React Testing Library.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Create reusable React components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Lead Redux state management across enterprise frontends.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, logging, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Implement TanStack Query strategies for efficient data handling.

UI React - Senior Engineer:

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 6-8 Years

Mandatory Skills

React, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, React Maps, React Performance Optimization, Redux, TanStack Query (React Query), Jest, React Testing Library (RLT)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching.
