Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work with modern frontend and backend frameworks, implement microservices, REST/SOAP services, and data access layers, ensuring high quality and performance.

The role requires strong collaboration with product and engineering teams, adherence to SDLC practices, and hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, React.
• Experience with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data) and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience in microservices architecture and implementation.
• Experience with SOAP Web-Services, REST Web-Services and JMS API.
• Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL and able to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience in REST-APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as JIRA, Splunk, Sonar, etc.
• Must have analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good experience in JUnit testing and mocking techniques.
• Experience in SDLC processes (Waterfall/Agile), Docker, GIT, SonarQube.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java full stack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and implementation.
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, React.
• Strong experience in Spring frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data etc. and Hibernate, JPA.

• Experience with SOAP Web-Services, REST Web-Services and Java Messaging Service (JMS) API.
• Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL and should be able to write complex queries.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
• Knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, Splunk, SONAR etc.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good experience in JUnit testing and mocking techniques
• Experience in SDLC processes (Waterfall/Agile), Docker, GIT, Sonar Qube
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
