Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a skilled professional to lead Low Code / RPA initiatives using UiPath and related platforms. The role focuses on designing scalable automation, integrating enterprise systems, and mentoring peers to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

You will work with multiple teams across the organization to implement platform-based automation and continuous improvement, contributing to a fast-growing, award-winning IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable business solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms.
• Define application architecture and automation frameworks for platform-based solutions.
• Lead development of complex business process automation and modernization initiatives.
• Design reusable components and automation assets to improve efficiency.
• Drive implementation of Low Code / No Code RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath and others.
• Define integration approaches between Low Code platforms and enterprise apps.
• Design extensions and advanced logic using Java, C#, or Python when needed.
• Design data access strategies and scalable data models.
• Establish development standards and governance controls.
• Review configurations and designs for quality and maintainability.
• Design monitoring and observability practices to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues with root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to support end-to-end delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable business solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms aligned with business and digital transformation objectives.
• Define application architecture, workflow design standards, and automation frameworks for platform-based solutions.
• Lead development of complex business process automation, workflow orchestration, and application modernization initiatives.
• Design reusable components, workflow templates, and automation assets to improve development efficiency.
• Drive implementation of Low Code / No Code RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, WorkFusion, Appian, NICE, Rocketbot, AutomationEdge, IBM Automation, or similar tools.
• Define integration approaches between Low Code platforms and enterprise applications.
• Design custom extensions and advanced business logic using Java, C#, or Python when platform-native capabilities require enhancement.
• Design efficient data access strategies, database models, and integration patterns supporting scalable and high-performance Low Code applications.
• Establish platform development standards, governance controls, and solution design best practices.
• Review application configurations, workflow designs, and automation solutions to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Design monitoring, logging, and operational observability practices using enterprise logging and analytics platforms to improve application reliability and operational support.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, automation, and integration issues through detailed root cause analysis.
• Mentor team members on platform capabilities, workflow design, automation frameworks, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, platform adoption, and operational efficiency.
