Job summary

Expleo is hiring UI/API Automation Testing Engineers with 7+ years of overall IT experience for a hybrid opportunity in Tambaram MEPZ, Chennai. The role requires hands-on UI & API test automation using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, plus API testing with RestAssured or Karate and strong knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI. Candidates should hold ISTQB Foundation certification and have CI/CD exposure (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab).

Location: Chennai Tambaram MEPZ. Work Mode: Hybrid.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of UI & API Test Automation.
• 2+ years of API Testing with recent project exposure.
• Strong experience with API testing tools including Postman/SoapUI/ReadyAPI/Bruno/Insomnia.
• Hands-on RestAssured or Karate.
• UI automation using Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.
• Good knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Strong BDD/Gherkin experience.
• CI/CD exposure with Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
