Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead- UI/UX Design to lead the design and experience strategy for

our enterprise SaaS and IoT platforms.This role focuses on designing end-to-end user experiences across device,

cloud, and application layers - including embedded interfaces, web dashboards, and mobile applications. You will

architect scalable UX solutions for data-intensive, real-time, and multi-device ecosystems, ensuring seamless

interaction between connected devices and enterprise software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UX Research & Strategy

• Define end-to-end UX architecture spanning devices edge cloud applications.
• Design user flows for device onboarding, provisioning, monitoring, control, and analytics.
• Architect information architecture and interaction models for complex SaaS platforms with IoT integrations.
• Solve challenges around multi-tenant systems, user roles, permissions, and device hierarchies.

2. UI Design & Prototyping

• Design user interfaces for embedded devices, mobile companion apps, and web dashboards.
• Create wire-frames, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Define and maintain a design system ensuring visual and interaction consistency across platforms.
• Optimize interfaces for different device contexts small screens, touch displays, mobile, and desktops.
• Collaborate with front-end and firmware teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.

3. Enterprise SaaS Experience Design

• Design scalable UX for B2B SaaS platforms, including dashboards, admin portals, and workflow automation.
• Create intuitive experiences for data-heavy interfaces, including real-time telemetry, alerts, and analytics.
• Optimize workflows for enterprise users such as operators, administrators, and analysts.

4. IoT-specific Experience Design

• Design device setup and pairing flows (BLE, Wi-Fi, or Matter onboarding).
• Craft user interfaces for real-time monitoring, control panels, and data visualization dashboards.
• Focus on responsiveness, clarity, and minimal cognitive load for device UIs with limited interaction

methods.

• Ensure seamless cross-device experiences embedded mobile cloud

5. Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers (frontend, backend, embedded), and solution architects.
• Participate in architecture reviews, product strategy discussions, and roadmap planning.
• Mentor and guide UI/UX designers across multiple product teams.
• Bridge the gap between design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

6. Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner with product managers to define requirements and success metrics.
• Work with embedded and software engineers to balance design intent with technical feasibility.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and usability validation.
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.
