Job summary

Infosys seeks an experienced UX/UI designer to lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise applications and drive digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields.

8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Software Program Management, or Digital Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs. Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture. Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping. Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user-centered design practices. Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments. Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications. Work closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle. Validate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics. Support agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant UX/UI certifications are preferred.
