Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking an experienced test automation engineer with strong UFT expertise to strengthen our automation initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts aligned to business and regression requirements, and contribute to the automation framework and assets across Web and ERP applications.

Collaborating with developers and functional QA, you will analyze failures, triage defects, and ensure automation improves cycle time and release

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test automation / SDET / quality engineering roles.
• Design, develop, and maintain UFT automation scripts.
• Automation scripts aligned to business and regression requirements.
• Build and enhance keyword-/framework-based automation assets.
• Develop reusable automation components for Web / ERP / enterprise applications.
• Follow defined automation standards, naming conventions, and frameworks.
• Execute UFT automated regression cycles as part of release / sprint delivery.
• Analyze failures and identify script, application, data, or environment issues.
• Collaborate with developers and functional QA for defect triage and resolution.
