Job summary

ValueLabs is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT and Selenium. You will create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests across web and mainframe applications.

The role involves back-end validation with SQL, analysing requirements, collaborating with developers and business analysts, and contributing to Agile test planning, CI/CD, and framework maintenance to improve test efficiency.

Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.

Automate web-based and Mainframe testing.

Perform back end validation using SQL queries and database testing techniques.

Analyse requirements and prepare test cases, test data, and test execution reports.

Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

Participate in test planning, estimation, and sprint activities in Agile environments.
