Responsibilities

• Contribute across all phases of the testing lifecycle from requirement analysis to reporting.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts using UFT/QTP and VBScript.
• Design and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks.
• Drive in-sprint automation, regression automation and release validation testing.
• Analyze automation failures and perform root cause analysis to improve script reliability.
• Manage regression suites and optimize test coverage for releases.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute from a quality engineering perspective.
• Support test estimation, planning, execution tracking and reporting.
• Drive automation adoption and continuous improvement across projects.
