Job summary

Gratitude India is seeking a Mortgage Underwriter in Nashik, India. The role requires end-to-end mortgage underwriting expertise with Conventional loans and DU/LP/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, along with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include underwrite loans per guidelines, evaluate income and employment, analyze DTI and LTV, and perform risk assessment and QC on loan files.

Qualifications

• End-to-end mortgage underwriting expertise required.
• Experience with Conventional loans and DU/LP, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite conventional loans per DU/LP guidelines.
• Assess income, employment, Credit, DTI and LTV requirements.
• Perform risk assessment and quality control on loan files.
