Qualifications

• 2+ years of current experience underwriting Non-QM mortgage loans (DSCR products).
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan programs and documentation requirements.
• Ability to perform complex income and risk analyses, including DSCR calculations.
• Good grasp of investor guidelines and secondary market requirements.
• Experience with DU/LP and electronic document management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multitasking ability.
