Job summary

The position requires a B.E. or M.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of engineering design experience, and a proven ability to lead complex projects, manage interfaces, and ensure quality and safety standards in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers and technicians across mechanical design, thermodynamics, and calculations.
• Lead engineering activities ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.
• Monitor and report engineering KPIs (schedule, budget, post-design freeze changes).
• Prepare, review, and validate technical deliverables (reports, calculation notes, drawings).
• Lead and facilitate design reviews.
• Manage technical interfaces with internal disciplines, clients, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and erection/site teams.
• Support manufacturing and site activities, including clarifications, deviations, and non-conformances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned (feedback).
• Ensure nuclear safety requirements are identified and properly monitored.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and lifecycle considerations.
• Plan and secure ITNS gate reviews.
• Apply EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
