• Design optimization and structured problem-solving to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Achieve defined performance targets including First Time Right (FTR), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and productivity.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor engineering tasks to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Perform quality checks and reviews for all critical engineering deliverables.
• Plan and drive training and competency development initiatives for team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations across design and manufacturing activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Calculation teams to support new product development and improve order intake.
• Support New Sales and After-Sales activities including customer acquisition, footprint replacement, retrofits, and refurbishments.
• Promote a process-oriented way of working by developing and maintaining guidelines, processes, and procedures based on lessons learned.
