Job summary

Skyroot Aerospace in Hyderabad, India seeks a Tulip Developer to build digital manufacturing apps and analytics for shop-floor operations. You will deploy Tulip applications with process logic, data tables, and APIs, and create UI/UX with minimal clicks while ensuring GxP compliance.

Collaboration with Process Engineering, IT and shop-floor teams is essential to translate manufacturing requirements into digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on Tulip development in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Tulip Apps, Data Tables, APIs, integrations, and Power BI.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment such as pharma or medtech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or related.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Tulip applications with process logic, interlocks, validations, and error-proofing for manufacturing workflows.
• Design and maintain Tulip Data Tables for process, quality, production, and traceability data.
• Create operator-friendly UI/UX with minimal clicks and clear visual states.
• Build and maintain API integrations between Tulip and ERP, PLM, and other plant systems.
• Develop middleware/data pipelines where native Tulip connectors are insufficient.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for OEE, yield, downtime, quality, and production trends.
• Ensure applications comply with GxP-regulated requirements including validation and audit trails.

Job description

We are looking for a Tulip Developer with hands-on experience in developing digital manufacturing applications, integrations, and analytics solutions for shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy Tulip applications with process logic, conditional branching, interlocks, validations, and error-proofing for manufacturing workflows such as prepreg handling, layup, autoclave, and NDT.
• Design and maintain Tulip Data Tables for process, quality, production, and traceability data.
• Create operator-friendly UI/UX with minimal clicks, clear visual states, and error-proof workflows.
• Build and maintain API integrations between Tulip, ERP, PLM, and other plant systems.
• Develop middleware/data pipelines where native Tulip connectors are insufficient.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for OEE, yield, downtime, quality, and production trends.
• Ensure applications comply with applicable GxP/regulated manufacturing requirements, including validation, audit trails, electronic records/signatures, and change control.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, IT, and Shop-Floor teams to translate manufacturing requirements into digital solutions.

Required Qualifications :

• 2–5 years of hands-on Tulip development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Tulip Apps, Data Tables, APIs, integrations, and Power BI.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment such as pharma, medtech, or equivalent regulated manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have :

• Experience in aerospace/composite manufacturing Industry.
• Experience with custom Tulip widgets and advanced integrations beyond native connectors.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, and traceability.
