Job summary

Blue Yonder in Bengaluru seeks a Workforce Planner to create reliable views of demand forecasts and available supply pools, rolling 90-180 days out. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align plans and plug gaps in demand and supply matching.

The role requires 5+ years in resource management and workforce planning within IT/ITES or consulting, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders. IST hours are 12:00–21:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and influencing skills.
• Excel and data analysis; able to create reports on metrics and present in PowerPoint.
• Skilled to use GPT for data analysis and insight generation.
• Experience of at least 5 years in resource management and workforce planning from an IT/ITES/product/consulting company.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and demonstrate global mindset.
• Flexible to work between 12 noon to 9pm IST.

• Setup and moderate TSC Control tower for drive accountability and alignment on health of planning for region
• Moderate strategic accounts staffing plans in collaboration with Business Advisors, consulting leaders and sales team
• Create reliable view to demand forecast & available supply pools (rolling 90-180 days out)
• Collaborate & drive accountability with sales & delivery team, make rolling 3-6 months out plans to plug gaps in demand & supply matching.
• Generate signals and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team for interlocking JIT expertise building & external hiring
