Job summary

Nike's Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) India Technology Center seeks a results-driven operations professional to lead governance, planning, and workforce strategies across ITC. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Procurement, and leadership to drive scalable, data-informed decision making.

This role emphasizes organizational rhythm, contract and vendor management, and financial operations to enable efficient resource allocation and vendor performance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, technology operations, program management, portfolio operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience supporting operational governance, planning, and execution within a technology organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve business processes with balance of compliance and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing workforce planning, resource management, financial tracking, or vendor relationships.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across functions, levels, and geographies.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for leadership audiences.
  • Experience with financial, workforce, and operational reporting processes.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, planning, or enterprise technology organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute operational processes across ITC, ensuring governance and controls are maintained.
  • Simplify workflows, reduce friction, and increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide visibility into workforce health, capacity, and resource allocation.
  • Deliver insights to support planning decisions and portfolio needs.
  • Facilitate workforce operations including hiring support, onboarding, and vendor engagement.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and vendor performance reporting.
  • Track and report operational spending and financial metrics.
  • Coordinate operating rhythms, leadership forums, and communications.
  • Transform data into dashboards and performance indicators for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize with automation and AI-enabled tools.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) Portfolio & Operations team, helping drive operational excellence across SCPT's India Technology Center (ITC). Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain & Planning Technology Operations, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Portfolio & Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Technology leaders across SCPT to deliver operational outcomes that enable organizational performance and execution. You will work across SCPT domains and subdomains with work in ITC, supporting consistent execution of operational processes, resource strategies, governance practices, and business rhythms. Your partnerships will extend across teams in India, the United States (PHK), and the Europe Logistics Center (ELC), helping connect local execution with global priorities.

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, technology operations, program management, portfolio operations, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Experience supporting operational governance, planning, and execution within a technology organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve business processes while balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and business needs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing operational programs involving workforce planning, resource management, financial tracking, or vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence partners across multiple functions, levels, and geographies.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership audiences.
  • Experience working with financial, workforce, and operational reporting processes.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern technologies to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, planning, or enterprise technology organizations is preferred.
What You'll Work On

You will help enable the success of SCPT by driving operational excellence across the organization. Your work will create visibility, consistency, and accountability across business processes while helping leaders make informed decisions, optimize resources, and deliver business outcomes. You will act as a trusted operational partner, ensuring the right governance, planning, and operational mechanisms are in place to support execution at scale.

Operational Governance & Process Excellence

Own and execute key operational processes across SCPT's ITC organization, ensuring governance requirements are understood, operational controls are maintained, and business processes are continuously improved. Partner with stakeholders to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and increase organizational effectiveness.

Resource Planning & Workforce Operations

Manage roster and capacity planning processes to provide visibility into organizational health, workforce trends, and resource allocation. Deliver analysis and insights that support planning decisions, organizational priorities, and long-term portfolio needs. Partner with leaders to ensure workforce data remains accurate, actionable, and aligned to business requirements.

Workforce Lifecycle Management

Facilitate workforce operations for employees and external talent, including hiring support, onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and vendor engagement activities. Partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to provide a seamless experience while ensuring compliance with organizational processes and requirements.

Contract & Vendor Management

Support lifecycle management of labor and software contracts, including intake, requirements gathering, renewals, vendor coordination, and performance tracking. Maintain contract data and reporting while partnering with Procurement and business stakeholders to ensure effective management of vendor relationships and commitments.

Financial Operations & Spend Management

Track and report operational spending, monitor financial metrics, and provide transparency into budget performance. Partner with Finance and business leaders to support cost optimization efforts, improve financial visibility, and enable informed investment decisions that maximize business value.

Organizational Rhythm & Operating Cadence

Manage and coordinate key operating rhythms and organizational activities within ITC, including leadership forums, all-team moments, planning activities, operational readiness efforts, newsletters, organizational announcements, and related team events. Help create alignment, visibility, and engagement across the organization through effective execution of business rhythms.

Business Insights & Decision Support

Transform operational, workforce, and financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators that enable leaders to understand organizational health, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions that improve business outcomes.

Technology & AI-Enabled Operational Excellence

Identify opportunities to modernize and scale operational capabilities through automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven practices. Champion innovative solutions that improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, reduce manual effort, and enable teams to focus on higher-value work.

Outcome-Focused Partnership

Partner across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to connect business objectives with operational execution. Ensure programs, processes, and operational activities are aligned to organizational priorities and contribute to measurable business outcomes and organizational success.
