Job summary

Blue Yonder in Bengaluru is seeking a Scope Workforce Planner experienced in demand forecasting and workforce planning to partner with sales, delivery, and Talent Acquisition. You will set up and moderate the TSC Control Tower for the region's planning health and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities include building rolling 90-180 day demand-supply views, creating 3-6 month plans to plug gaps, and generating signals for external hiring with L&D support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Excel proficiency and strong data analysis abilities.
• Ability to create reports on metrics and present in PowerPoint.
• Experience using GPT for data analysis and insight generation.
• At least 5 years of experience in resource management and workforce planning in IT/ITES or consulting.
