Job summary

Trust Group seeks a dedicated professional to oversee day-to-day operations of the FME and Fund, review NAV, ensure compliance, and coordinate with auditors and service providers. You will handle middle-office duties and respond to investor queries to maintain fund integrity.

You will also trade Indian securities through empanelled brokers, contribute to IC meetings, and represent the fund with regulators and investors in a systematic manner.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of the FME and Fund, including review of fund NAV and compliance
• Liaising with auditors, fund administrators, RTAs, counsels and other service providers
• Trading in Indian securities through empanelled brokers for funds managed by the company, including broker coordination
• Serving as a member of IC to contribute, record and document IC meetings
• Representing the fund with regulators and investors in a systematic and professional manner

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations of the FME and Fund incl. but not limited to review of fund NAV, compliances, liaising with auditors, undertaking middle‑office functions, responding to investor queries,
• Liaising with third party service providers such as auditors, fund administrators, RTAs, counsels and so on.
• Trading in Indian securities through empanelled brokers for and on behalf of funds managed by the Company including liaising with brokers for order placement, modification, settlement or any other reason as may be required from time to time.
• Serving as a member of IC to contribute, record, document IC meetings.
• Represent with regulators and investors in a systematic manner
