Nia Ev Motors Pune is actively seeking a hands-on engineer to perform daily production and vehicle testing, including firmware and parameter updates. The role covers RCA, CAN and wiring harness work, plus field and supplier support. You will engage with battery, motor and controller testing to ensure robust EV hardware.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in EV/automotive testing and holds suitable electrical/Mechatronics qualifications, ready to thrive in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifikationen

• Electric two-wheeler architecture, battery/BMS, BLDC/PMSM motors, motor controllers, CAN communication, wiring harnesses, electrical troubleshooting, firmware flashing, controller parameter configuration, production testing and RCA.
• PCAN / PCAN-View or equivalent CAN tools, CAN logging software, multimeter, DC power supply, battery testing equipment and controller programming/flashing tools.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, E&TC, Mechatronics, Automobile or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years in EV, automotive, production testing, component testing, vehicle testing, service engineering, R&D or troubleshooting
